My Background

- Received Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2001.
- Founded Emotionally Engaged: Counseling for Brides in 2002.
- Published Emotionally Engaged: A Bride’s Guide to Surviving the “Happiest” Time of Her Life in 2006 by Hudson Street Press/Penguin.
- Trained as Gottman Seven Principles Educator in 2013.
- Blogger for Brides.com in 2014.
- Created “How to be a Happier Bride-to-Be” video series in 2014.
- Received undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College (1989).
